Up until 2023, I was working in HR, operations and communications in the NGO world, and crying on my birthday. At 28, I made a drastic change and threw myself into the music industry I had always wanted to be a part of.

What I really aspire to do is enabling artists I believe in to create freely and reach their audience in their own way. I don't believe there's only one path or one definition of success, and I think management, in all its forms, should revolve around supporting the creative process, not controlling it.

So far, hard work coupled with my background in organization, design and communication has allowed me to support several inspiring projects. I can't wait to take more steps towards working full time for an artist's team.
